As a second generation realtor, Arvin was introduced to the real estate industry at a young age. He accompanied his mother to open houses and showings from early childhood. This is where he developed his love for residential real estate. Upon recieving his real estate license in 2019, he began assisting other agents with all aspects of their transactions including transaction coordination and hosting open houses. In 2020 Arvin graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. In 2021 he graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s Degree in Chemistry. Upon graduation, Arvin decided to become a full-time realtor. In his first year of full-time real estate, Arvin has already negotiated many multimillion dollar transactions and set a few highest price records along the way. Having secured multiple high end listings, Arvin hopes to bring the Izad Group to the forefront of luxury real estate.
